David Miller received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science from Vanderbilt University. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Houston Law Center, where he was a Lex Award recipient. As an associate attorney of a large securities law firm in Houston, David maintained an active securities arbitration and litigation practice. David has successfully represented individual investors, high net worth and institutional investors, corporate executives, retired investors and business owners.
Prior to beginning his law practice, David served in the financial sector as an officer in the corporate trust and investment banking groups. He has also worked with a major oil and gas corporation negotiating complex derivative contracts.
David shifted his focus after his own personal experience of probate for a family member close to him. David believes that every family, regardless of size or wealth, deserves a trusted estate planning lawyer to guide them through their life and care journeys. He’s devoted his time to assist families like yours to plan before the crisis occurs and enjoys educating the community on the need to prepare now, and not during the moments of grief or strain.
